Hosted by the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce, Second Saturday is a new monthly event with family fun for all. Businesses and eateries island-wide will be featuring new art, pop-up marketsand celebrations surrounding a monthly theme.
Second Saturday mirrors events held in many cities on the first Friday or Saturday of the month. We’re encouraging our fans to #TakeA2nd and see what’s going on in our favorite place each month.” The inaugural event, themed ‘Local’s Season, Come Out of Your Shell’, is scheduled for Saturday September 14th. The Chamber is sponsoring a band at the CB Boardwalk Stage. ‘Many Everythings’ will perform family-friendly music from noon – 3pm. This event is FREE.
