The N.C. Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division will be running an abbreviated schedule at its Southport-Fort Fisher route Wednesday, March 17 and Thursday, March 18 to perform annual maintenance to the ferry ramps.
The normal schedule will resume Friday morning,
March 19.
The abbreviated schedule will be:
- Departing from Southport at 5:30 a.m., 7, 7:45, 11:30, 1 p.m., 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, 4, 4:45 and 6:15; and
- Departing from Fort Fisher at 6:15 a.m., 7:45, 11:30, 12:15 p.m., 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, 4, 4:45, 5:30 and 7.
